I bought the PurTest school project kit from Freshwater systems for my daughter's science fair. The kit shipped the next day and arrived two days later with everything in it. Great experience.

I order a pump and forgot to order the connector and then ordered the wrong size but the customer service person straighten everything up and got what I need. Awesome!

Shipped more slowly than I had hoped, but within a reasonable time frame.

Fragile product was not properly packaged with 3 inches of sliding space in the box and one inch of jumping space. Took and sent photos of damaged items and shipping box over 3 weeks ago and items still not replaced as of yet.

The part arrived quickly and fit exactly as it should have! It didn't even take 5 minutes to replace my handle and my wife couldn't be happier.

I noticed the box was damaged when I received it. Took plenty of pictures before opening and when i opened it. The bulb was clearly broken. I reported this to FreshwaterSystems, and followed up with an e-mail and photos. I haven't heard back from Timala over there yet, and have sent follow up e-mails.

Located merchandise easily on website. Flawless online ordering and fulfillment. Package arrived in a few days and in this case I think shipping was free. Couldn't ask for more

FWS has been on the spot helping and delivering materials needed for my rainfall harvest system. In only one instance did part of the order not arrive. I notified FWS and they sent the missing material at no extra cost. I am a satisfied, repeat customer.

Arrived even sooner than expected and took just a few minutes to install.

I searched for filters for my RV and tried ordering from a couple other sites before I found Freshwater Systems. Major issues with other sites and simple and easy on this site.

Purchasing experience was excellent. Price was also excellent. Product appears to be high quality. If any problems or concerns that would change this rating, I will respond accordingly, though I don't expect it!

I would be very satisfied with experience except, when I made purchase, I also returned an incorrect item for exchange of new item. You received returned item on Monday September 14, but 8 days later and I have not received a credit for the returned item. It's funny it doesn't take you 7 days to debit account when a purchase it made?

Quick delivery, and they worked with us when postal service lost some of the parts we ordered. ALOT cheaper than ordering the same thing from the manufacturer of the device this tool is used on.
