I ordered two filters three weeks ago. They came in cracked, so i took the pictures and requested two more sent. So I waited another week for the replacement, only for those to come in cracked too! They where not wrapped at all bubble wrap was placed only on the top of the filters. So I am now waiting again for my replacement filters from the first replacement filters.

Compared to today's online order standards - disappointed.

Day 1: ordered 12 items. One item showed available in 1-2days
Day 3: was told that one item in no longer available - but order would ship immediately if I choose a suggested replacement item. Called in the morning and removed the item from the list to speed up things. (refund was handled without problem).
Day7: No shipping notice yet, checked back in - order not yet shipped - "immediately" promise was declared bug in email template.
Day8: Shipping notice received.
Day14!: Package received. (they did not accelerate shipment even though they "would try their best to do so".
I wished I could post a picture of the shipment. Was almost tempted to return it. A heavy booster pump was thrown in a big box with no seperate packaging at all - togehter with all other smaller items. By the time the box arrived the pump had caused the box to rip open and lost 3 of 4 of the rubber spacers. Worst packaging job I've seen for a long time.

Summary: Had to order one item somewhere else (arrived well before), Waited almost 3 times the promised time. Got a banged up shipment not knowing if there's a lasting issue with the pump.

I pro iced the replacement Ultraviolet light at several retailers. This will be the fourth replacement bulb I've needed. All the retail stores had increased their pricing to roughly $150-$175 for this bulb. A neighbor, who had helped me install this seasonal home water system seven years ago, suggested FreshwaterSystems. He only shops at Freshwater Systems for his replacement bulls. I went on-line and found your replacement bulb was about $94 and included free shipping. That is about what I paid for my first replacement bulb some seven years ago. I placed the order and had my bulb about four days later. Superb pricing, suburb delivery.

I found the pump that matched what was in our motor home, on their web site, and they offered free shipping. Since I wanted 2 day delivery, as we were preparing to leave on a trip, I phoned and the lady was very helpful, and assured me we'd have it on time. The correct pump arrived right on schedule.
I also found that their price was way below what I'd found elsewhere for the same item.
It had everything included to make the installation easy and complete.
What a difference the new pump makes in our house water pressure.
