I only use FreshwaterSystems for my home refrigerator - prices are good (better than what I can find locally) and the filters work very well.
When I tried to place my order, it kept telling me that my e-mail address was not valid (the same one that you guys use to send me notices). After several days with support, this was acknowledge as a bug on your end and fixed. I applaud and appreciate the willingness to fix and the final outcome. But it was very frustrating up until then and added a week to how long it took me to get the UV lamp components I needed.
They took a long time to process the info then after I got the confirmation the package didn't arrive til a week later plus I called them to tell them they made a mistake with the purchase its been two weeks and I still have got the part
I was seeking information about fittings for plastic tubing. They asked questions that got more and more technical, then the agent would say "I have to research that" (paraphrased). Delays got longer and longer. Then the session timed out (a screen message from Freshwater) and I never got an answer. Later I tried Amazon and found what I needed quickly without problems.
Item was as described and shipped fast. Would buy from again!
I use this water bottle when I go to welding school, it has been an excellent product because it is durable and very resistant to abrasion from setting the water bottle on top of rough concrete or surfaces with slag on them. I used to store my water bottle in the mesh section of the outside of my welding gear bag but the mesh got a small frayed spot on it because the mesh is slightly too tight for the water bottle. I tried using the Neo-Tote cover on the water bottle and storing it inside my welding gear bag, it was 85 degrees outside and the welding shop does not have air conditioning and was more humid than outdoors, nothing in my welding gear bag got wet and if I accidentally spilled a little water on the Neo-Tote cover while filling the water bottle it seemed to dry fast. I looked up neoprene online and it sounds like it is not flammable and that it extinguishes itself.
I ordered a T&S faucet for my garage with an 8 inch spout. I wanted a 10 inch spout so I ordered a 'Universal" T&S brand 10 inch spout to switch out with the 8 inch. When it came, I immediately that I recognized that the 10 inch spout was not compatible with the faucet I ordered. I guess I would have expected someone to catch this and give me a call to make sure I got the right product. Now I have a $23,10 inch faucet that I cant use. Shipping is Back would probably cost half of what its worth. Not worth the trouble. On a good note, the price was good and shipping was free and relatively fast.

The two 30" x 30" platforms only had cardboard and straps around 2 sides.
In transit, the exposed ends were all scratched... just what you want to put your brand new AC on... so unnecessary
I ordered from Fresh Water back in 2010 and then this year needed to reorder the same model of filter faucet. Prompt, courteous service, and product as detailed on the website.
They sent the wrong tubing (not a little wrong-way wrong). They required photos of the wrong tubing's embossed label that were not possible to take. Then they required that they receive back the wrong material before shipping the correct material. Then it sat on their desk for 2 weeks before I called and asked why I had not gotten the correct tubing yet. I will not order from this company again.
This new pump was easy to install. Pump came without delay. Instructions were easy to follow.
