I ordered the 40oz Insulated Water Bottle Holder. The zipper slider/pull tab broke apart. The replacement sent to me failed in the same manner.

After the second item failed, I contacted customer service twice over the course of as many weeks. They have yet to respond.

Elbow fittings

Received the two elbow fittings that I required for the installation of my Everpure water filter, which were not available at Home Depot. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time, as well as were exactly what I required. I also received prompt tech support by email. Would do business with FreshwaterSystems again.

I had clearance problems with the wall mounted water cutoff valve behind my fridge. The part I ordered allowed me to push the fridge close to the wall and not damage the 1/4 inch water hose and adapter fittings. Thanks for making my job easier and less worries about water leaks.

A Happy Zamboni

We use your filters in our Olympia (Zamboni) machine at the ice rink. It is used to cut the ice and refresh the surface during breaks. With the filteration system we get good clean water, which in turn makes good clear ice. That makes for happy skaters!

Defective UVMax power

Poor shipping

Product was supposed to be in stock then took 4 days to ship out. Order shipped supposedly by FedEx (Smartpost I think) and a tracking number was issued, well a label was printed is what it really said and stayed that way the whole time. Waited several more days but tracking number showed no movement and was told by customer service it probably got put on wrong truck. Few more days go by and still no updates or call backs so canceled order. Found through some reviews this seems to be an issue with you folks so I suggest you clean up your act in the shipping department.

Poor shipping box

Lost order
September 29, 2015

When I hadn't seen any progress 2 weeks after I had placed my order, I used the internet chat and the person told me that he would make sure that the item I ordered would be shipped out that day, but he didn't know what had happened. After another week with no change in the status on their website, I called customer service and found out the order had been "stuck in a loop" and she had the item on her desk and would ship it out immediately. I told her, "No, I wanted to cancel my order." She said OK, and shortly thereafter I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. A couple of days later, I received an email saying that my order had been shipped. I replied that I did not want the item ( I had since ordered it from Amazon and received it two days later). She answered that the order had been shipped by FEDEX and sent the recall number. I since have not received the package (GOOD), but have yet to see the refund posted to my credit card (BAD).

Update: received refund (GOOD)
