One of five components ordered was not in the package. Sent an e-mail to customer service with no response. Will go thru paypal for resolution.
We had little to no water pressure in the house and thought that it was a well problem. We had no idea there was a whole-house filter under the house as it wasn't mentioned in the inspection paperwork or by the owners when we bought the house and we never crawled under there. Well we finally did, looking for the problem, and lo and behold a water filter! A very black and clogged water filter. I went online and found a matching filter at Freshwater Systems, ordered it and it was here the next day. Now the pressure is so high it practically flays your skin off in the shower. We are very, very pleased and will purchase again when it's time. Thanks guys!

Ordering was then an easy process using PayPal to check out. Shipping was very fast and the packaging was more than adequate to protect my purchases in the shipping process. I started by contacting Freshwater's customer service folks via email with some product compatibility. I received a comprehensive and professional response almost immediately that laid out all of my options, including the annual costs that I should expect. I had followup questions that were answered in similar fashion. Once I knew what I wanted to buy, I placed my order through the straightforward web store. The package was trackable and arrived right on schedule. It's great to see a smaller outfit like FreshwaterSystems delivering the personal attention of a brick-and-mortar, coupled with the ease and value of an e-commerce giant.

We received a hot water tank and it leaked at the time of install, called to return it and they made me deal with the manufacturer where they were very nice and replaced it (the manufacturer). But in the meantime they would not take it back; I have tried many times to return with no progress. Now I am stuck with something we can't use. I will never use them again and out over $100.00.

We ordered the wrong bulb and returned it. While we were waiting for confirmation that they received the return, we ordered a new bulb. It was not at the same time so we were told we had to pay the restocking fee. When ordering the second bulb, we only had our units model number. The fresh water customer service rep looked up the bulb for our unit. He assured us this was the appropriate bulb for our system. The bulb came and again was incorrect. We ordered yet another bulb and were charged the restocking fee again. Not to mention this entire process took them forever and required many phone calls. Do not use this company.

Good site, I am not happy that orders cant be modified before they ship though. If i wished to return items I would have to pay return shipping and a 15 percent restocking fee, so this is not an appealing option either.
Ordered a RO system with larger pressure tank. Tank arrived dented. Seems packaging could use some improvement. I was told they would take $10 off if I kept it as they were sure it was functional. I requested a replacement as I was not interested in an insignificant savings on damaged products. They picked up the damaged tank but still have not replaced or sent shipping notification. Its been almost a full month since I placed the order and still can't install. I have called and emailed several times and each time I get a run around and no true response as to what is happening or why it should take so long to resolve.
