We often struggle with Shurflo items and finding FreshwaterSystems has been a big help over previous sources for these items.

We just received our filter 2 days ago. We had to pay extra postage? Why I'm not sure but it took too long to get here and having to pay extra postage is ridiculous.

In the past I ordered and paid for filters that did not fit my GE refrigerator however when I contacted FreshwaterSystems and ID'd my GE unit, was given information correctly describing the filters needed. Using this info, and after placing the order, which was received in seven days, installed the filter and found as predicted, a perfect fit.

I was quite satisfied with every thing, except I ordered a certain brand UV Lamp from their choices on line and they substituted a different brand and didn't tell me about it. I had to go to "on line chat" to find that out. I should have been sent what I ordered. I haven't installed this sub lamp, so not sure if it works or not. Otherwise I would have given a TOP rating.

Easy to search and find the items and check out was easy.

Called and tried to get a case price for a case of water dispenser filters that are 53 dollars a filter. Never heard back?

No directions on how to put the new membrane together with the connections. Easily hooked up wrong with a check valve fitting and on where to place it. POOR service.

I ordered a hard-to-find PVC part from FreshwaterSystems. It was wrapped and protected well, I received order and shipping confirmation e-mails, and I received the part only a few days later. Very professional. Thank you!

I ordered two types of filters for my RO system. It was apparent to me that one set of filters was old stock because of the older style label on them and some of the labels were stained. When I pointed this out to them, I was offered a small credit of $3.00 / affected filter. Still waiting for the credit. Probably will not use them in the future.

Person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and professional.
Items arrived quickly and well packaged.
I am completely happy with entire transaction.
