When I ordered everything that I needed it came all but one item. I called and they shipped it out right away. A week later its finally here. Im more disappointed in the peeps who put the order together and didnt add my item that was on the list...

I ordered 2 filters in the middle of August, you sent me the wrong filters way past the date they were expected. Then you sent only 1 filter and the second filter has a 4 week lead time to come in. Meanwhile my customer is having to wait 2 months to get a filter. Moving forward we will never purchase anything from you again..

Since it has been a while since the filter was replaced, I had forgotten exactly how to do it. A short instructional would have been good. As it was, after fumbling a bit, the replacement was easy, the fit perfect and the result excellent.

I contacted Fresh Water Systems with a question about two ball bearing items floating in my new U. V. replacement light... Turns out they were supposed to be there. Customer Service rep at Fresh Water Systems contacted someone for me and gave me the proper answer, which was verified with the manufacturer.

I asked that an individual return my call and she never did.

One fragile item was broken upon arrival. It was very difficult to reach anyone to arrange for replacement. On hold for a long time, left messages, sent e-mails... It's been a couple of weeks and still not completely resolved.
