I purchased the light blue contacts and they didnt hurt at all, plus they actually looked natural which is all i cared about lol, the contacts came quick and fast, overall very happy!

Placed an order last July. Still awaiting its arrival. Tried to contact. Number is disconnected and email bounces back. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE!

I've been waiting for my order for over a month now. I keep trying to track my order and it's showing it's on the way. However no movement to indicate that it is indeed on the way to me. I've emailed them and have gotten no response. I just want my money back. I will never order from this company again.

Asking everyone to be wary of this company as I had a really bad experience with them. I made an order on the first of January with express shipping, by the 20th of January I still hadn't received my order. They are almost EXTREMELY difficult to contact, you can never reach them on their mobile or by their website, they also rarely respond to emails. I had to get Afterpay involved so I could get a full refund. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. Honestly I don't think I've ever dealt with a company this bad before. Just disgusting. I'm going to be giving consumer affairs a heads up about this company. What a disgrace.

I ordered a pair of lenses on a Wednesday and paid express shipping for the item. The item was not sent, no tracking number provided... I emailed four days later requesting an update and received no response. Emailed the next day and again no answer... finally emailed after two weeks with no update and requested a refund. They then posted my items the next day after I had already said I want to be refunded and don't bother posting them to which... I didn't receive a reply. Absolute disgusting service.
