Great Service

We used Freshly for meals to get us through a very busy time in our lives. The meals were tasty and EASY! When we had a shift and felt we wanted to take a break from the delivery service there was absolutely NO HASSLE! Pau S. From Freshly responded quickly and respectfully and I did not have to ask twice. This was so refreshing and I will be sure to pick up and use Freshly again in the future as the need arises. Thank you Freshly for such awesome customer service.

Meal Issues
April 1, 2021

I received a substitution for a meal there was a shortage on that I had purposely removed from my order for this week. The assistance I received it's extremely helpful and I was given a refund for the meal as well as an additional credit. I also suggested that perhaps there be a substitution option provided for situations such as this. I was assured my suggestion would be passed alongz

I have been a freshly customer for nearly 2 years and I love them! There is a good variety of meals to choose from and recently they've added many more low-carb meals, which makes me happy. I would love it if they had a few more meals below 20 carbs or Even some vegan options.

The order I just received had two meals that I did not order instead of the two that I did. I was disappointed and wrote to Freshly about it. Rafael responded immediately with an apology and a credit to my account.

If you haven't tried them yet you need to!

Was able to address my late shipment and delivery issue with team. Chat function is little buggy and the CTA to rate the agent seems to disconnect the chat. Why I'm assuming I got disconnected with Eunice and connected with Alex F.
