Perfect! Every meal I have had has been delicious! Website easy to use and responsive. I have so many favorites I can't remember. I need to start marking them. I am a widow and this service is perfect for me. Also, the packaging and price point are great!

Too much too often

I called and spoke with France O. She was great. I do like the service, meals are fine and taste wonderful. However, one week per month would be fine for me. That would be a nice break from cooking all the time. Everyday is far too much.

Nikki was very friendly

I was upset about a meal being cancelled and Nikki indicated others had a similar concern and gave me hope that this tragic loss of a great meal might be rectified because feedback from customers like me is how Freshly knows when they mess up! (Okay she didn't say it like that, but I know that's what she meant).
