Amazing customer service!

Due to work travel I forgot to update my preferences and had a delivery scheduled for a time when I would be out of town. Nikki took care of everything and went over and above to help solve the problem. I love Freshly's food & great service!

Freshly meals

The meals are well balanced and taste great. They always arriver here on time and are well packed with insulation and Ice packs to keep them from spoiling. All the meals tasted great and are just the right temperature to eat. Both the meals and the service are first rate.

Quick Fair Service

Help with late cancel

Just wanted to say thank you to August for helping me cancel my order. I live in the mountain time zone and forgot the order cutoff was 6pm eastern (not mountain) and missed the cutoff. August was nice and understanding and helped cancel my order.
