My experience with Freshly
June 25, 2021

I find that it is hard to come up with nutrious meals for my wife and I. Freshly has helped me out so many times and I cannot thank you people for that. I recently needed to pause my orders, and with help of Jess, it was quick and not at all complicated. After my time of pause, I will definitely be back!

I have been ordering from Freshly for six months now.
The selections of gourmet balanced meals is outstanding, beef, pork, chicken, turkey, shrimp and vegan. And it seems like they add new, interesting meals each week.
The packaging insures the frozen meals don't thaw (when delivery men sometimes put right in the sun when dropping off!)
The customer service beats all other online services. A telephone number is given (wow!) and my emails have been answered within 2-3 hours.
Keilah was very helpful today. I have never had to repeat myself.

Freshly text support is awesome

Rep was polite and handled the matter quickly. My meals were delivered to the incorrect apartment number. The rep added notes to the delivery instructions and credited my account for the hassle. Very nice and professional.

Cancellation Request

I called to check on promotion expiration date and what regular pricing would be. I then cancelled my subscription as it is too costly. Ivy was very helpful and courteous and assisted me with the cancellation and any questions I had. She was very helpful and pleasant.

Outstanding Customer Service

I thought that I had skipped my freshly order for this week, but got an email saying that my order was confirmed. My refrigerator/freezer is out and I have nowhere to keep them. Top notch customer service

Had an issue where a deliver didn't show up, initial contact was with automated system, when automated system couldn't help and Mary entered the chat, she read over the chat and I did not have to repeat the issue. Great way to save the customer additional time and frustration.
