It took me a little time to get to talk to a human but once Amy came in, she checked everything and solved the situation lighting fast! One of my best costumer service experience. Thank you! It feels good to know you have my back (on top of delicious food)

Kam, one thing nice about having agents who enjoy working for Freshly is that there is not tremendous turnover! The benefit to the customer is dealing with our representatives who understand the process and can quickly and efficiently assist our Freshly family members!
