Error corrected quickly

I received an email confirming 6 meals I didn't order. My account had been deactivated for some time and this or was placed accidentally through maybe one of the promotional emails sent to me? The Agent NIKKI was able to correct the error and cancel the order quickly and issue a refund. Thanks to Nikki it was quick n painless to sort out.

Fast answer!

I had a question concerning a meal substitution Freshly notified me about and Pau K answered my email within a few minutes. He told me what the meal would be and also provided a partial credit. I am very satisfied with the response and its speed. On the rare occasions when I have had any issues with our order, large or small, Freshly has been very responsive. Good food and great customer service is a winning combination!

Missing delivery

Delivery Was made to the wrong door got a complete refund as well as an additional $10 discount and the original $20 discount that I had on my account was replaced on the account giving me $40 off of my next purchase
