The food is very yummy and there is a big selection. It happend twice that sometime they are running out of my selected meals and they do substitute with other selction and its some times vey annoying even they are nice to give a credit for that.
I live by myself and work a full time job. Cooking for one is a pain and you usually end up eating the same thing all week. This way I get a variety each day with no hassle. Not to mention no cooking! And the meals are good!
Freshly is one of those great inventions. Made fresh, packaged fresh, shipped to your door fresh, ready to heat and eat fresh. Meals satisfy your hunger and taste great. Flexible menus are a plus. Saves time also. In 5-6 minutes you have a fresh, hot, delicious meal that is better in every way then traditional microwave meals. Great food, great product, perfect for our dual career empty nest household.
Price is fair and quality is good. They could use some fine tuning for meal changeover and diet restrictions, but overall a very tasty and healthy meal
Since I don't cook anymore, freshly has been my go to dinner now a days. I look forward to each and every delivery so that I can eat wholesome and filling food each night!
Freshly is just what I needed for my busy day, great meal to sit down to after hectic day. Just poke a couple of holes in package and pop in microwave for 2 or 3 minutes and dinner is served. Perfect
I'm stunned by how fresh and delicious Freshly dinners are. I've tried things I never thought I would! Quinoa! The way they make it is so great. I'd heard of it but never tried it. If I had one sort of negative but not enough to keep me from ordering... Freshly really needs a lot more choices in breakfast and dinner. Most importantly would be dinner. Keep up the amazing work! Props for making microwavable food that never tastes like I was afraid of.
I was very skeptical at first about microwaving your food. Sometimes microwaves can dry out food. But every dish I had of yours was perfect! I also love the convenience of your meals. I usually cook every night, but your meals give me a couple days off. And, they are perfect for the nights that my boyfriend is working late or when I just don't feel like cooking. Thank you so much! Also, any chance to make some Mexican food like verde with rice and beans or chicken or beef enchiladas? I know they do well in the microwave from making my own. Than you again!

I started using Freshly when returning from work after maternity leave. I love to cook, but I'm short on time after work, especially with a baby and my husband traveling for work a lot. I'm still trying to lose baby weight but I prefer fresh food to frozen meals. Freshly is the answer to all my problems! And I love the variety of meals!

I have tried several of your competitors, your meals are the best! Don't waste your time or money ordering from other vendors. Freshlys' meal have a great taste, well seasoned, quality ingredients and the chicken, so tender. I've enjoyed all meals.
My Freshly orders are always well-packed, arrive on time, and are cold even though they've been trucked from Texas for three days.
Most items are tasty. There are some real standouts and have become favorites. Also, there's virtually no prep and cooking time involved. They take less than 5 minutes from refrigerator to table.
But the greatest benefit to me is that there is no waste. I was appalled at the amount of meats and produce I was throwing away before I subscribed to Freshly.
What can I say. GREAT food! Awesome service! I definitely recommend trying Freshly. Helps me during my busy work week. We can eat healthy without wasting time over the stove.

The meals are packed well and kept cool. And I enjoy them very much. I wouldn't mind see some different type breakfasts. Although the ones they have are good.
Amazing service. Quality of food is amazing if you can afford it. If you break it down $10 or less and nothing out there is better. Even fast food restaurants a slightly cheaper, but no where close to quality.
My wife and I have been using Freshly for 1 Month now and besides being super easy, a majority of the food tastes great. It is also decently priced. We have received 6 meals per week and it would honestly cost the same if we were to purchase groceries and cook. So far due to "no cooking", and less time at the "grocery store" we average a time savings of roughly 6-7 hours per week.
The only downside to Freshly is the variety, while quite a bit of the protein and/or sides are great, we do not necessarily like them together. If Freshly were to separate the protein and the sides to allow customers to essentially "create" their own meals it would make this even more worth it. I understand that this would be a challenge from a production stand point, but it would create a greater variety. While we love the meatloaf, it would be awesome to mix and match the sides. This would also add a ton of options for vegetarians.
I've been impressed with the email communication and ease of choosing means online. Getting home at night and having a fresh meal in about 3 minutes has been a delight!
