I love the ease of ordering and the ability to skip a week if I want. I am not under a contract and the price has not changed since my first order. The meals are delicious and plentiful. No weird ingredients.

I am a busy working professional with no time to prep and cook during the week. I was a Fitlife customer for over a year when I discovered Freshly and decided to give it a try. After 2 weeks I cancelled my Fitlife subscription and am now a loyal Freshly customer. The meals are delicious, nutritious and plentiful. I love the variety and look forward to my delivery each week.

Great Packaging. The heat timing is spot on. Delicious meals thus far.
So far all meals have been quite tasty, of good quality and value. But the under 500 calorie / low carb choices are limited and I get bored pretty easily so when my taste buds rebel at the sameness, I will need a big break. Also I wish I could select Saturday or Sunday as my delivery day.

These meals are healthy, easy, cost effective for my family. We have had two shipments and have loved every meal. I am a busy mother, I work two jobs this gives me peace of mind to relax about dinners and having different choices feels good. Thank you Freshly

As a single person it is great to have good meals that I don't have to cook. I like the variety of meals and favor is great and the meals are good for me.

I really like the convenience of Freshly, and the food was pretty good quality. The veggies were fresh, and the chicken was tender. But I just really don't having so many meat-centered meals in my diet! Where are the options with little or no meat in them? I just don't feel like there were options for people like me who prefer seafood (there were only 1 or 2 seafood options, one of which I can't eat because of the chili spice in it) and prefer vegetable-based meals. I'm just not a fan of so much meat, so I can't continue my subscription.

We unfortunately did remove our vegetarian meals, and we've replaced many of our seafood meals with other options. However, we update our menu once a week with one new meal, so definitely keep an eye out for more meals that fit what you're looking for! So far have had 2 orders, the food is great, packed extremely well, good selection, I like the fact it shows the calorie count on each meal, is helpful if watching your calories per day. Takes 5 mins, perfect for my busy schedule, takes no time and I feel I am eating more healthy.

Muy buena, busque mucho tiempo una empresa como Fresly y no la encontré. Cuando lo descubrí, pensé que no iban a cubrir mis expectativas porque había probado otras companias. Pero me sorprendieron. You need more meal choices. I'm getting tired of ordering the same meal week after week.

This is my second delivery, and so far, so good. I have enjoyed all the meats, but some of the vegetables are too dry. Esc. The ones in my Grilld chicken bowl.

I am disabled and cooking is quite difficult. I started using Freshly if you weeks ago and really enjoy the food. It tastes very good and the quality seems to be quite high. The choices also seem to be quite healthy for the most part with a wide variety. There is one option that I wish you would offer. It would be nice if there was a choice at least with some of the meals to choose larger meals. For instance: the turkey meatloaf. It would be nice for guys like myself to have a choice of a dinner with two slices of meatloaf instead of one. Or to buy an extra single meatloaf slice a la cart. The same would go for the Buffalo chicken as well. I don't know if this is something you would be able to do but I would improve meal size for men especially.

The food is good but I think the portion size is a little small especially for a man. My husband is not full after eating this for dinner. I may have to cancel because that's a problem.
The meals are so delicious and fresh. The site is easy to use. The meal prep is effortless with is the best part. Lots of variety in cuisine. Hopefully more meal options in the future.

Answer: Hi Marc, Thanks for your inquiry! At this time we change one meal per week, typically. We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!
Answer: Hi Steven, Thank you for your interest in Freshly! We are a weekly subscription service, so you would be charged for, and delivered meals on a weekly basis. However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! These changes would just need to be made prior to your weekly deadline, which is outlined in your Welcome Email, Reminder Emails, and in your Meal Planner. I hope this helps!
Answer: Our meals are prepared and shipped out from our kitchen in Phoenix.:-) For Arizona deliveries we use FedEx.
Answer: The delivery window they give us is between 9am and 9pm. We package the meals to be safe for 2 days transit time, plus safe to sit outside for up to 12 hours upon delivery.:-)

Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. First and foremost, I'd like to inform you that we're a weekly subscription service, which means you'll receive meals weekly, and get charged weekly as well. Here are the steps to follow while signing up: 1 - Add your email address and zip code in the sign-up box on our homepage. ( www.Freshly.com) 2 - Pick your meal plan. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. While carrier delays are out of the norm, weather-related issues, road closures, driver confusion, etc. can wreak havoc. We have a dedicated delivery team that works directly with our carriers to ensure successful deliveries, and we're always sure to compensate when delays arise. We certainly hope this helps! Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
