With two weeks of meals eaten, 3 of them will definitely be reordered. Of 12,2 got a never again rating. One of my problems is that I have discovered that I do not like cilantro. I will look more closely at my next choices to see if I can avoid this. Overall, I find it easy and gives me a wide variety of dishes.
Every meal taste like it is fresh out of the skillet! Doesn't taste like a heat up meal at all. Their meats are tender and every side is delicious!

Some of the meals are good but some had bean stems cooked into the meal. If the meal is frozen it takes double the time to warm the meal. The first time I warmed the meal and it said 3 minutes on the box and let sit for 2 minutes. I followed the directions and the food was still frozen.

The heating instructions on our meal sleeves are for when it's fresh from the fridge. If the meal has been frozen, we do recommend heating from frozen without thawing, and doubling the heating time.

I have had 3 orders get delayed and that week's order being late or not shipped. Now I have to go to the grocery store. What a hassle.

Being a meal delivery service that's partly designed for convenience, it's never our intention to not have your meals arrive fresh and in a timely manner. We understand the tole it takes on you to have to make alternate plans last minute.

I'm a foodie and very busy, This is consistent, fresh & very good! It's a gourmet mail in 4 minutes. Perfect for the person who is too busy but on a budget and won't settle for less. They are very good!

I have been receiving meals from Freshly for about 3 weeks and so far I have been pleased. I am on the 6 meal a week program and have been able to feed my husband and daughter 2 meals each along with myself. It's been a great way to break up the week with something new and different and so far we have all been pleased.
Getting home late formwork then having to make dinner was time consuming. Now just pop it in the microwave change my close and ready to eat and relax. The food selection is great and very tasty, and so healthy for our lifestyle.

The food is really tasty and so convenient. I'm single and love coming home and not having to cook.
Unfortunately I find much of the food over spiced. I'm getting older and this type of service would be good for older folks who don't want to cook but I honk it tends to be too spicy for older folks. Considering canceling.

The food is delicious. It comes packed nicely and I even feel better since I've been eating Freshly. I love that there are new meals introduced so you never get bored.

Delicious meals. Love that ingredients is made with healthy choices. Convenient and delivered right to the door frozen.
So far, it has been great. The food is high quality and fresh, more filling than expected and a good variety of options. Issues, would be that the size quantities could be more or more consistent ( some items that I repeat bought have not always been the same. The steak has been abit different in size each time. Some meals, I have had sides that were even and other times there was barely anything. Apart from this is the cost. The cost is not horrible but can be a bit much, especially when you may add sides or a little extra to the meal.

Received a coupon for 12 meals from Freshly as a gift and I did order and receive the meals with no issue. Meals came in one box well packaged and cold with plenty of ice. I ate all 12 meals and I would say I enjoyed 9 of the 12 meals. The ones I enjoyed were not just edible, but I really liked them. As far as portion size, I'm a grown man over 6' and fit, one is not enough for lunch or dinner. The couple meals I did NOT enjoy included full breast chicken meals. The chicken just didn't seem like one I would buy myself and make, I will not reorder those meals. Otherwise so far so good, I would recommend and order again. Certainly better tasting and for you then fast food. Plus I love the convenience coming home late night and only having to microwave it for a few minutes. I thought the microwave would ruin the food, as I usually prefer the toaster oven, but these actually work well with it. Definitely worth a try at least.

The product is well-packaged and arrives fresh and cold. The portions are appropriate and the food tastes delicious. I would give the experience five stars if I could find more vegetarian options.

Answer: Hi Marc, Thanks for your inquiry! At this time we change one meal per week, typically. We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! First and foremost, I'd like to inform you that we're a weekly subscription service, which means you'll receive meals weekly, and get charged weekly as well. Here are the steps to follow while signing up: 1 - Add your email address and zip code in the sign-up box on our homepage. ( www.Freshly.com) 2 - Pick your meal plan. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. While carrier delays are out of the norm, weather-related issues, road closures, driver confusion, etc. can wreak havoc. We have a dedicated delivery team that works directly with our carriers to ensure successful deliveries, and we're always sure to compensate when delays arise. We certainly hope this helps! Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
