Delivery Mix Up

I contacted the chat today bc my order was delivered incorrectly to another address and I received someone else's order. Reg quickly addressed the issue and gave me a full refund and promised to look into the matter so it wouldn't happen again. I'm happy for the quick and efficient service.

I did not receive the last 2 orders. The first one never arriaved and the 2nd one was late. I was refunded for the first and got a $10 credit for the second one since it won't be delivered until today.
