Kenny went above and beyond. There was a little mix up with my order and he corrected it and was gonna make sure it was forwarded to the appropriate department. I guess this is why I keep coming back to y'all. There's mix ups every now and then but always fix it promptly. Hope you guys are always around

I chatted w/Ash about the possibility of some lower carb options becoming available. I know you're adding new recipes all the time. I'm working to get my weight back in check and really like meals w/35 grams of less of carbs. I do have a couple of dietary restrictions - no pork being the primary one. Ash was very helpful and I appreciate her time.

Awesome customer support

I wanted to reduce the meal quantity for my upcoming order. But since it was past the deadline, I reached out to the customer support to get it updated. They replied back that the order is already being processed and hence they will not be able to reduce the quantity. But they we really kind to credit my account with the difference in the meal plan.

Questions and concerns

I had a ton of questions regarding a promotional email, how to change my delivery date, etc. Not only is the food from Freshly AMAZING... I mean SO yummy... but the customer service is always spot on. Jay L answered all of my questions and was even able to help me out by adding my promotion for me.

Being that my wife is pregnant and can not stomach these meals at this time I completely forgot to cancel the weekly order so I reached out and came into contact with Jay L. Got home Sunday but could not find our Saturday food package. Texted it to Freshly. Adrianna, promptly replied, apologized, and credited our shipment. We then discovered that a neighbor had brought the package up and placed it in our garage. I texted back to reinstate this week's charge but was told it couldn't be reinstated and to accept the credit. Feel bad. Got to make this right. Thanking Adrianna, told her I'll be promoting Freshly and this story In FB. Least I can do.

Changing delivery
September 27, 2020

We needed to delay a delivery and found out after the change deadline. Texted and Adrianna not only canceled the delivery, but was able to move delivery up from our regular delivery day and THEN, asked if she could help with anything else. I asked if she could change our delivery day going forward and she did. It was a very pleasant, efficient remedy—all done by text.
