Freshly has been a welcome addition to our busy family. The food tastes delicious and is packed with veggies and health and is gourmet style cooked flavors we would have never felt comfortable trying. This is a time saver like no other and we are saving a ton on groceries. Our family loves to pick all sorts of different dishes and we all have our own favorites that is a special treat when they are here. Our favorite part is the dishes, just throw the container away.

The Food is Actually Good

The food from Freshly is good. Its clean eating so the flavors don't knock you out but everything is seasoned well enough to be tasty. I've tried other meal delivery services and they looked and tasted like dog food, not to mention the portions were tiny. Serving sizes from Freshly are reasonable, the food tastes good, and its real.

Freshly is a wonderful way to eat a fabulous, chef prepared meal that is super easy and convenient. Only 3 minutes in the microwave aand voila dinner is served. Perfect!

Super Helpful

Great customer service. Wasn't able to get what I wanted due to limited spaces, but Christopher was extremely helpful and was able to help me find a happy medium while answering all my questions. Very satisfied with the help even the the outcome wasn't ideal.

REORDERING ERROR

Freshly started reordering for future weekly meals and I didn't authorize it. Christopher ensured me that the problem was resolved and apologized for the inconvenience. Very professional, although I was a bit on edge, he handled the situation.

Canceling / Pausing
September 20, 2020

Experience through chat was good but the 'missing feature' to cancel or pause without contacting someone is poor user experience overall. I'd like to pause my subscription for travel or other reasons. Hiding this capability seems only to make it difficult for users to be in control of their own account and to squeeze a little more out of them before they decide to contact directly. If you can start a subscription without talking to someone, you should be able to pause or cancel the same way.

You'll see a "Cancel Subscription" link under "My Subscription", just above "Account Details." We'll ask you a couple of questions about why you're canceling and you'll be all set. I'm truly saddened that you weren't aware of this, but I'm also glad that our Customer Care Department was able to sort things out! For any assistance, we're ready to help 24/7!

I missed the deadline to change meals for the following week's delivery, I contact the customer service through Messenger and get response very quick. Jay was able to help me change meals, I was very happy.
