Damaged meal in delivery

I received a delivery today and one of the meal containers was damaged. I contacted Freshly on their website right away and chatted with DJ who was most helpful and was given a refund. Freshly provides delicious meals and wonderful customer service. Thank you DJ for your assistance.

Keep in mind that this review is coming from a guy who inhales double "Baconators" and double "Bacon Kings" all the time. I generally detest health food because of bad taste or lack of flavor. Vegetables have never been attractive to me. That said, I'm thrilled to have Freshly now! Their chefs are wizards that season the dishes very well while keeping carbs and salt low. I like some meals more than others but I haven't had one yet that I couldn't eat in its entirety. Even the veggies are delicious. Overall, I'm super impressed by what they're able to achieve. Unless you've got serious culinary skills, you could spend hours destroying your whole kitchen and your food still won't be as healthy. Only knocks I have are the delivery days aren't set-in-stone and that makes having two subscriptions difficult to manage. Also, portions are a little small as I'm a big guy. 500-600 calories might be enough for small people but might I suggest "Freshly XL" with 800-1000cal portions. I'd pay a couple more dollars per meal to not have to seek out less-healthy snacks to supplement. Still, it's outstanding food, it's FRESH, it's REAL, and you can pronounce every ingredient. Oh and by the way, the convenience cannot be beaten even by fast food or delivery. It's like your fridge is full of delicious leftovers.

Wonderful service

I was able to change an order and later cancel the service with no trouble at all. Used freshly for several weeks while kitchen being worked on. Excellent menu, meals are great! I am sure I will return again.

Unintentional purchase fixed

I order Freshly meals occasionally for my grandmother who is 96 and unable to cook for herself all the time. This week we accidentally neglected to skip our meals which we needed to do, due to unexpected expenses for some home repair emergencies at my grandmother's home. I reached out without thinking I would be able to receive a refund but was quickly contacted by Toni F. And assured that my refund was on the way. Very pleasantly surprised as I had already decided I would cover the expense as it was our mistake. It was very kind and prompt. I truly appreciate the level of customer service.

I had received a wrong meal with this weeks shipment. Not that it was something I dont like, and havent had before. But Kim was MORE than helpful in getting my next available menu that could be revised, and swapped two of the meals to the one that was mistaken. Totally understand that mistakes happen, and Kim was extremely helpful, and lovely to chat with.
You guys are great, we love everything about our experience with Freshly so far, even more so after chatting with Kim this evening! Thanks for everything!
