I chatted with Ryan today about a former promotion that was sent to me via email some time ago called Freshly Plus. I was hoping that it was still available to sign up for, as I'm at a point now that I wasn't before to enroll in this. Unfortunately the promo is no longer available. I hope that it is brought back (perhaps even for a select few people, wink wink)! Ryan supplied me with a short-term promo code that I could use for now, and that was appreciated! I didn't even ask for it! Thanks!

Some of the dishes were good and convenient. The arroz con pollo was not good, the chef missed the boat on that one. Being Hispanic I know what the dish is to look like and taste like. The white bean chili was super tasty except the rice was not even 1/2 a cup. Not like it looks in the pictures. Your veggies were always tasty.

Double order...

I received my Freshly order this morning AND this afternoon. I got on Chat for help since I wanted someone who might be missing their order to get it right away. Kenny was very helpful and FAST! I didn't wait at all for help with my situation. It's was a kitchen snafu and he took care of everything. He even sent a copy of my account showing I wasn't charged for the other delivery. He was very thoughtful.

I was sent 3 orders of Pad Thai instead of my choice of Cauliflower Bolognese. The agent was very responsive and apologetic. Made accommodation for the mistake that was acceptable for me.
