I received my meals on time and perfectly fresh! I personally only enjoyed a few of the meals that I received over two shipments I received. I went to cancel my shipment this week because it was too late to do it on-line and had a live chat with Nhonie. She was spectacular, she resolved my shipment issue, issued a refund and personally cancelled my subsciption for me. I greatly appreciated her professional service!

Carved Thanksgiving Turkey

First Carved Thanksgiving Turkey received was delicious! I ordered 3 for the next delivery which the green beans were so slimy they couldn't be consumed. I just received 3 more today, I'll find out for dinner if this batch has the same issue. Kenny was helpful and will send the information to the proper area. He also gave me a credit! Thank you!

Incorrect order

When receiving my weekly order, some of the meals I received were incorrect. When speaking with christoper, he was sympathetic and understand and offered a solution immediately. He was great!

Excellent... Freshly's Chat Bot got me a real person who was able to Cancel my Subscription & get the PayPal payment, that had just been charged, Refunded. So Glad it was Easy & No Hassles! Thx Ryan! Because I help my 92 year old Mum in another City, it was 2 days before I could retrieve my Box... Luckily it was Well Refrigerated!

Customer service is wonderful.

I needed to cancel my subscription since I was going to be out of town for several months and Celine was very helpful and professional. She assisted me and gave me a link to be able to reactivate my subscription when I am ready. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a company and the excellent customer services they provide.
