Lima beans

I did not realize that you offered two different turkey meatloafs. I don't like lima beans I ordered the wrong one. By the time I realized it was too late but the man was very very nice and gave me five dollar credit and now I can't wait to go order my next week

Idk where y'all found this Lee but their hella good at their job. Def needs a raise pronto. Was patient was kind stayed helpful when I sassed em, that's my B Lee, overall a great interaction.

I am having a hard time with your simple service all my food is not always in my box last time I let it go this time I said something and my service rep Kenny gave me my money back for one meal my husband's whole delivery was lost two weeks ago it seems that this is a bigger issue than just me

Alex F was incredibly understanding and helpful. He quickly changed my order (something that I forgot to do before the deadline) and was also able to update my delivery address (again something I forgot to update on my profile). He was super polite and made all the requested changes swiftly. I'd love to have him help me out in the future if/when I need help with Freshly.
