I am new to Freshly and after my son that referred me to your program I joined. I was not sure exactly what to do and Leonah my customer service person chatted with me. Leonah patiently answered all my questions and got me going in the right direction. Great customer service!
I am excited to get my first week's order.
My son is a Lieutenant in the Army and he subscribes to Freshly and raves about how good the food is.

Second Subscription Mess Up
November 18, 2020

Aljun assisted me after I messed up adding a second subscription for my wife. I created the subscription with placeholder meals (10 steak peppercorn) for my wife to choose her meals on her own, and quickly realized I couldn't change the meals! Aljun quickly assisted and changed the meals to what my wife wanted. 10/10 couldn't ask for better assistance.

Freshly Order Skip

Charm was such a life saver for me today! I accidentally forgot to skip my Freshly order for this upcoming week and really needed to cancel because I will not be in my apartment to receive the delivery. She reminded me of the deadline (as I'm a newer customer), but still went ahead and cancelled the order for me, which I really appreciate. That's great customer service that will have me come back when I'm ready for an order again.

I got pulled into work while I was in the chat with another agent who did all the cancellation and refund processing, so the chat terminated because I did not respond. When I came back, I wasn't sure if the initial request got processed or not as the chat window had cleared out as soon as I typed something again.
Hope was quick to find the previous agents trails and provide me with information I needed today.
