I am a new customer who is ordering Freshly for my aging parents who are having difficulty cooking meals at home. We had to change our address because we moved to a new place to quarantine due to Covid. Alex F did a quick and fantastic job of helping us update our address past the timeframe of our weekly order. We are super impressed at the quick and efficient service provided. In addition, the whole fam has loved the tasty and healthy food provided through Freshly!
