Food was not delivered to the correct address, I only knew this because I contacted the delivery people directly. They sent me a picture of the front porch of the house they left it at. I had to hunt for the box of food. I contacted Freshly and chatted with Amy, she reported the incident and gave us a $10 credit. Always good food, always great customer service. I only have had to complain about the delivery services used, at least 5 times.

Poor quality food that tastes like paper.

You don't want to eat this, it isn't fresh at all. It tastes like it's a year old and frozen for a year. There's so much packaging that you just throw away. It's awful seeing the waste they give back to Mother Earth.

Great Help

Wrong meals had been ordered as I had ordered sides for Thanksgiving and they were just for that week but Freshly was going to send them again versus actual meals. A customer Service rep named Nikki was fantastic and made the changes for me and it was appreciated. She did Freshly proud.
