Temporary Cancellation

I had to cancel for a few weeks because of a temporary situation. Lee made it easy and I will certainly renew my subscription soon. My 99 year old mom really enjoys the meals. She says every single one has been very good.

Chat Resolution of Delivery Problem

Chatted with Pheter. Strong customer service. He absorbed my information quickly and immediately filled out a report with delivery service. Also offered a $10 store credit on future orders, which was both unexpected but appreciated. We'll see what resolution delivery service is able to provide. But this interaction with Freshly was a very good one.
