I forgot to cancel my shipment for next week and thought I was stuck with meals I won't need. AJ from customer service took care of my issue super quick and was so polite and friendly. Appreciate his help very much!

Our delivery was delayed by an issue caused by UPS (not Freshly); I contacted Freshly and they responded within mere seconds. I worked with Leonah, and she was terrific. She credited the amount of our delivery and was able to change our shipment date to be earlier in the week so we would not miss meals. She was friendly and helpful throughout and made the entire experience effortless. We have enjoyed the food and the service is terrific.

Incorrect delivery

My package was delivered to the wrong address and the virtual agent Pheter was very helpful and polite. Luckily an honest neighbor brought me my package.

I purchased a gift card for my brother for Christmas. I had many questions and needed help. Fritz was quick and efficient in helping me. I appreciate his professionalism and sweet manners
I knowit wasn'this fault, but whomevermessed up my order it was really irritating and messed up my whole weeks plan. My daughter is home from college and we really wanted to have her try these meals to see if she would like them delivered to her dorm.

I have a subscription with Freshly for more than one year and I usually don't forget to skip if needed, but there is always first time and you forget. When I've got a message that my order is confirmed, I have chatted quickly with service support and my order was cancelled as well as refund to my credit card was processed.

I ordered from Freshly for the first time and was tracking delivery of the order. The order stated it was "left at front door" at 3:49pm and I did not arrive home from work until 6:30pm. There was not package at my front door so I immediately contacted Freshly via chat to see what could be done. I was connected to a representative named Hope. They immediately contacted the delivery team to let them know the issue as well as provided me with a credit to cover a whole new shipment. I was relieved at the speed of their response and their willingness to help. Thank you for all your help, Hope!
