I emailed to cancel an order that was already scheduled for delivery. I received a reply immediately from Angela D. And she cancelled my order and put the credit on my account to use towards a future order. I was so pleased with the response time and the results. Freshly is always so amazing and customer service oriented!
I did not have a order delivered nor did it show the order had been sent from the distribution. Arjen helped me out with tracking down the order and assisted with a refund. I'd like to commend Arjen for their professionalism and swiftness. Thank you again.

So I wasn't able to cancel my order on time due to the app not working properly (could be an ios15 update issue as opposed to the Freshly app. Not sure). I went through the text online customer service and after bypassing the automated responses, I was connected with Arjen. Arjen was very helpful, answered all my questions and without hesitation gave a full refund for my 6 meals. For Freshly and Arjen to do that, speaks volumes about the company. They didn't even ask any questions about why it happened or anything. For all they know I could be a scammer trying to get something free but like I said, the refund was given without hesitation. I also asked about how to return my meals and Arjen told me that my meals were on them. Freshly lost out on not only 6 meals but also 60 something dollars plus shipping. If my finances change, pretty much because of the way this situation was handled, I will definitely return as a customer. Great customer service

I had canceled my delivery for this week and I got an email that the meals were on the day. Diane S helped me and was wonderful and helpful and caring! She sent me a refund which I appreciated.

We received a shipment from Freshly via our daughter. We were happy with the food. However, we received it right before Thanksgiving and have many upcoming conflicts coming in the next few weeks. I was notified today that my order ******* was going to be delivered. I never received an email to order food, and we do not want any deliveries until after the new year.
I explained our issue to August and he suggested we put our account on a temporary cancellation, I thank him for taking care of our issue

I let the deadline pass without updating meals for the week, and one of the subscriptions had mostly duplicate meals. Arjen connected right away via the site's chat and quickly helped me get the menu changed, even though it was 6 hours past the deadline. Very quick and efficient assistance!

I have recently reactivated my account with Freshly (for the fourth? Time). I truly love the service AND the meals. The food quality and portion sizes don't leave me unsatisfied or with fomo when everyone else in the office is eating out. I had an issue this time with a promo discount not applying to my account and reached out through the online chat to find out if there was an error during activation. Josh assisted and was able to easily resolve the issue. He was kind and super quick in his review of my account and in making the adjustment. Love the ease of access and information through the site and the great customer service is just icing on the cake.

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!
Answer: Hi Steven, Thank you for your interest in Freshly! We are a weekly subscription service, so you would be charged for, and delivered meals on a weekly basis. However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! These changes would just need to be made prior to your weekly deadline, which is outlined in your Welcome Email, Reminder Emails, and in your Meal Planner. I hope this helps!
Answer: Our meals are prepared and shipped out from our kitchen in Phoenix.:-) For Arizona deliveries we use FedEx.
Answer: The delivery window they give us is between 9am and 9pm. We package the meals to be safe for 2 days transit time, plus safe to sit outside for up to 12 hours upon delivery.:-)
Answer: Hi Nancy! We do not cook meals based on other programs' guidelines at this time. We're not overly concerned with calorie counts, but more concerned with where calories come from. Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. First and foremost, I'd like to inform you that we're a weekly subscription service, which means you'll receive meals weekly, and get charged weekly as well. Here are the steps to follow while signing up: 1 - Add your email address and zip code in the sign-up box on our homepage. ( www.Freshly.com) 2 - Pick your meal plan. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. While carrier delays are out of the norm, weather-related issues, road closures, driver confusion, etc. can wreak havoc. We have a dedicated delivery team that works directly with our carriers to ensure successful deliveries, and we're always sure to compensate when delays arise. We certainly hope this helps! Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
