I just had a chat with Alex F. I had a problem with an order that I wasn't supposed to receive (my fault). Alex was kind enough to rectify the matter. I'm glad I got to chat with him. Fairly new customer. I for one really like the service. I don't get a lot of cooked meals at home, so unless I go out, not really eating well. I think the dishes are cooked very well, and the potions are good. I like most the meals with a few exceptions, but that is just my personal taste. If I were to say one thing they can do, it would be to add a bit more flavor to some meals. It seems they are playing it safe. Nothing really spicy to speak of, even if expecting it to be. I had one issue with the wrong meal being sent, but customer service responded quickly and with a fair solution.

I needed something temporary while in the moving process. Freshly delivered good meals, timely deliveries, and good prices. When I needed to cancel, Hope was very efficient and professional, leaving room to return should the need arise. Thanks!

I travel a lot so I could not consume the meals on the established schedule. I contact Reg via chat and he explained that I can skip a week here and there but due to my fluid schedule we could not adjust deliveries in such a way. We decided to cancel the subscription for when I am travelling and reactivate when I am back home throughout the year.

Reg was very efficient and knowledgeable…. A pleasure to work with.

For me, the beef and chicken were not moist enough. These compared to what can be store bought.
The site was easy to use and polite people when I cancelled.
I know of people who liked the food, I did not.
