First Class Customer Service

My meal was not delivered - I was issued a full refund, plus a $10.50 credit and was assured that the issue would be investigated to ensure it didn't happen again. Cassie was the one who helped me and provided the best customer service ever.

I am very picky about food, and have already tried many food delivery companies, and my employees at work ordered this brand, and at lunch we talked about the food they ordered, they liked it, and next time I also decided to try their products. What was pleasantly surprised, the quality of preparation and delivery are at a very good level, for which thanks to them.

My food arrives on time every week. It tastes amazing, is very fairly portioned, and is beyond convenient for me! I've lost weight(with a combination of other dieting and exercise), and have not had any issues yet, other than a small mishap where I got a different meal than one I had ordered, but Nik was very helpful in getting me squared away.

Refunding incorrect order

I had thought I'd successfully paused my subscription but the. Got an email with an order confirmation. MJT was friendly and efficient in helping to refund the incorrect order and cancel my subscription correctly so I don't run into the issue in the future.
