I was re-enrolling and had some questions about which meals I might be eligible for. Celine was very helpful. She answered all my questions. Went over the guidelines to refresh my understanding of the offer. I was so happy to have someone so helpful. Celine made the experience of re-enrolling one that was easy and very pleasant. I felt sure after that call that I had made the right choice!

I started ordering from Freshly recently. I had one order so far and the meals are high in calories for the most part. I am a diabetic so I don't think it will work for me. I called and spoke to a person named Mel and he tried to tell me how to choose my meals that might work better for me. I have one more order coming then I believe i will have to cancel. They don't cater for special diets!.

You're correct in that we don't tailor our meals to a particular dietary preference or need -- instead, our meals are made with whole food ingredients and contain no unnatural preservatives or additives. Customer service call

I had to delay my order after the time period but before it started being made. So I called customer service and Marge S. Helped me. She was very nice and understanding. She took care of my order so quickly I didn't have to wait and wait ( a lot of times that is the case). I was off the phone in less than 3 mins. Total. I was really impressed to talk to an actual person and not have to go through a bunch of computer options. It was a great experience. Thank you Marge S. You are very good at your job and very nice and it is comforting to have a good experience, especially these days when everything is computerised! I am a extremely satisfied customer!

Help with Meal Issue

I reached out through Freshly chat on the app to clear up an issue with our recent meal delivery. 4 out of 6 meals we received were incorrect.

The Freshly rep, DJ, replied quickly and was very friendly and helpful. He was able to help us resolve the issue and even provided a refund. Great customer service!

Customer Satisfaction!

I chatted my complaint and was quickly linked with Cassie who handled my case with speed and professional expertise! She added a promo code to my account so I could access my discount. The quality of the food is pretty good for being able to prepare it so easily. The choice of starches gets a little repetitive - mashed potatoes or cauli-mash. Celine was super helpful when I missed a deadline and managed to get my order cancelled and card refunded.
