Project Fee Issue

I Got a project from an employer on Freelancer.com. Later on his account got blocked due to any reason. I lost my project fee and also lost my payment for the work i had done. But Katie R assist me in such a nice way and i got back project fee as a credit and my payment as upgrading my membership. Am so glad with freelancer.com and Katie R.

I won the bid for a project and was excited to begin working on my first freelancer experience. However, it turned out that my employer disappeared completely after our first discussion about the project. Freelancer helped by contacting the employer and verifying if he was serious about the project. After he failed to respond, we decided to move on from the project.

Over two months and the issue (IP file cannot be opened with XML error) absolutely got no update at all but they kept trying to mark it as resolved on weekly basis. Very poor support indeed! I don't think they got technical support at all, which they should get freelancer to support for them.
