Horrible Customer Service

Completely pathetic customer service.Not only do they freeze a freelancer's account in the midst of a transaction, causing delays on the client's end, they take over a week (and counting) to resolve the issue. Any other reputable co. Would have refunded client, but Freelancer refuses even though issue is 100% on their end. #FAIL
