Josie answered about my questions kindly.
I am very satisfied with his support.
Regardless my issue is resolved or not, I was very happy with his support.
Thanks, Josie
Thank you very much for solving my ID Verification issue. But I am submitting several time my documents. Any way the process helped me and I am happy now.
The freelancer team is super awesome. I faced issues with fake employers/recruiters. They took immediate action in solving those issues. Thank you for being so efficient and cooperative. Best
I am happy with support and freelancer... I always will stay with freelancer.com :) Always freelancer team show best support...
I am impressed by the way my complaint was handled, grate to Raven B. I am grateful to freelancer.com I have had an incredible experience working on the platform.
My problem is mistake release my freelancer and my freelancer not response with me then I told my problem in support this solved
I've got a job offered and asking me to deposit USD30 - USD100 as security fee and will be refunded once the tasks are completed. I have read Freelancer policy but for sure I seek advice from support team; Ms Jennifer M responded me and guided me and I found out that the employer has closed the account so it's a phishing email. Many thanks to Jennifer M. Great job!
My issue was resolved very quickly and to my complete satisfaction so I would say an excellent and very prompt service with a good follow up, thanks a lot
I am a customer. Before yesterday they closed my account without any explanation... When I wrote to the support - i have got the email that I have violated their rules with this link. They didn't even explained which rule I have violated or what I have done at all... I have 2 open projects there with 2 different employees and they are waiting for money which I can't pay now because my account is closed and my money is stolen... So SCAM! The worst experience ever...

Awesome as always. I get all the necessary help and assistance. Thank you guys
First of all, I had trouble due to an employer mistake. Then they solved the problem by reporting this to customer service, but this time I had a problem with the bank where my account was located, but thanks to Freelancer.com, the fee received for the error was refunded. If I had not contacted Freelancer.com customer service, the refunded amount would not have come to my account. From now on, my first job will be to close my bank account because I have no trust in the bank.
Everything went super smoothly. I even received "Thank you for waiting" even though I had to wait for like 4 seconds LOL
I really appreciate your great support, thanks!
I am happy for you and thank you for kind advice. I have benefited a lot from you. You got the help i hoped for.
Support team needs improvement as only a few agents available to chat with, that means its hectic for the agents, i got connected with same agent twice due to this and that too took long time
One thing I respect about support teams is connecting me to a representative instantaneously! That's what just happened along with great communication skills and clear help with my queries.
I contacted the support service as I had an issue with the job a freelancer did, and could not find him anymore as he seemed to be gone from Freelancer... Ashton D was kind and helpful, he retrieved the project number and promised he ll be back with updated in 48 hours. Thanks!
Very good service and Find out the truth behind your Problem,
They only stop consulting you when you get
The solution to your problem
Impressed with the help and Judgement
I contacted the Help Centre at Freelancer already frustrated by the automatic billing policy initiated by the company. I had been approached that day by two companies offering employment terms and payment schedules that seemed (and indeed were) too good to be true. I was disappointed that I had been forced to accept jobs prior to knowing anything about them, and was shocked by what could only have been a cover for "non-standard" webcam business practices. To realize I could be automatically billed for these "opportunities" was maddening, but Ashton D. Handled my complaints with professionalism and tact; I was very impressed by his ability to remain as calm and composed as he did in the face of an irate freelancer. Ashton D. Deserves praise for his ability to defend Freelancer's more salubrious practices while ensuring the complainant (me) was provided with answers satisfactory enough to prevent a complete escalation of volatility toward the company. I would never be able to do what Ashton D. Does, and your company should do everything in its power to retain staff so capable of diffusing situations and making you, Freelancer, look good enough to remain in business.

Awesome as always. I get all the necessary help and assistance. Thank you guys. Thank you guys.
She resolved my problem perfectly, been patient, and calm. Was awesome, helped me a lot when I needed.
Answer: It is a PR platform that enables scammers to appear legitimate or verified. Freelancer doesn't care. They get a sizeable commission no matter if the posting is legitimate or not. Example: A fake ebook listing. Needs author to write 50000 words for US$ 2000. Unwitting freelancer bids and is 'awarded project' with message saying hurry up and accept. Once accepted, freelancer takes 'project fee' while you get tied up in their help callcenter trying to recoup not only the fee but potentially the fake employer gleaned from you using their platform. This site will be in the news soon. Trust me.
Answer: Hi Dejan. This happened to me in 2014, I lost a lot of money too, I withdrew the money on a Wednesday after the client had paid me $1000 in full. Then the next day, Thursday, I got a message that my withdrawal request was cancelled and the money reversed back to employer. My account was suspended and when I asked why, I was told that the employer looked like he was fraudulent and that the money might be fraud. Up to date, I am still bitter, angry and sad over that $1000 but I never got it back and Freelancer closed the person's account and that was that. So I hope this answers some of your questions and I am deeply sorry for your loss after such hard work. All the best
Answer: Freelancer.com focused on employer only, they just want as many employer and project as they can regardless of their country, verification status and deposits. However all the restriction is for employee. This is the reason Freelancer didn't stop them to post project without deposit. Almost 90% projects are fake (either posted by freelancer itself or fake/fraud employers). You have to be careful. Keep following things in mind will prevent you from fraud much. 1. Don't work for Employers from India/Bangladesh/Sri Lanka/Nigeria/Israel 2. Don't work for Employers whose name looks like Indian 3. Once the project is awarded to you, don't accept it unless the employer created initial milestone. Wait for at least 12 hours after milestone creation then accept it. 4. Ask for release step by step, don't work on next milestone unless previous is not released 5. Withdraw money from freelancer as fast as you can.
Answer: You can't say its fake but at the same time you can't just trust it fully. My point here is: people do get things done for the price but when it comes to money/payment, you can not trust freelancer. Sometimes it gets reversed from your account and you won't even get a satisfactory reason for it. I suffered a loss of 900 USD. All I get to hear that employer had some account issues and we can not disclose this any further. If you looking to work as a freelancer, go odesk or upwork and any other site first and then freelancer.com. Small incident: I worked for a client, designed the logo got the parent for it. Next day when looged in, my account showed negative balance ( payment reversed). Support: employer have acc. Issues Client: never came back or responded to any mails. Result: I worked and still in debt.
Answer: Dispute it with PayPal! Another beautiful example of why everyone hates Freelancer.
Answer: Freelancer is scam. I have very bad experience recently. "The payments you've received from your employer "-----------" were reversed due to their account issues. As a result, their account was closed" Lost over 800$. Freelancer also keep the fee for this job! Their support never answer. SCAM
Answer: Agree, do not use credit card details - freelancer is a terrible organisation when it comes to finances - they just debit your card at will, no warning, no opportunity to review the transaction, no notification of the charge - you just find out once you get your bank statement. Be very, very wary of this company - not saying their dodgy, BUT they are very devious when it comes to transactions. I think their motto is - "debit any time, just don't tell them and they wont complain"
Answer: Contact Paypal and file a dispute. I got a refund for the monthly amount that they should not have charged me for.
Answer: Good afternoon Rostyslav, unfortunately this has happened to most users of Freelancer including people who have been awarded projects. Ensure that you do not start any work or event accept a project until the following criteria have been met: 1. Project awarded 2. Initial milestone/deposit created 3. Client agrees to release the first payment immediately after you accepting the project. If they are unable to do this, tell then politely that you are unwilling to start on the project and keep looking for honest, legitimate clients. Be careful at all time on this website, even if you do vey thing by the book and the client still doesn't pay, the Freelancer support team will not help you. It is left to you to contact the client and chase the payment even of they delete their account.
Answer: Don't share you card. Use Paypal. First of all don't use freelancer they are scammers.
