She is very talented and asked me very intelligent questions. She has a great common sanse and the way she talks is impressive! I want to thank freelancer for having Chelsea. I would love to meet her again if I got a chance. I am experienced & Ph. D scholar, I have talked with many professionals and found her very skilled.
Thanks Chalsea
I had a detailed discussion with Chelsea V. We discussed about our services, portfolio, current team size and prospective clients. It was really a fruitful discussion and smooth on-boarding/verification process.
This service is pretty good.
I recommend this service to every freelancers
It was very helpfull and a great service. Radley has been very helpful with my concerns and even encouraged me to continue talking to the employer.
One of my working days, Macall C. Wrote about great service which site provided for freelancer. After some time I considered that It is great opportunity to make my profile very cool, so I wrote Maccal. She responded fast and tell me more about this service and after hear explanation I was sure that I need it. I' very glad that Maccal offered me this service. I already sent application and looking forward for my updated profile. Many thanks!
He is great person. He listen to me carefully! Thanks a lot
The email back and forth from your customer service was helpful and on point. I had a hard time navigating the site and a really frustrating time with the company I tried to work with. Don't think it was your fault but that's why the fewer stars.
I received an email from Freelancer but the linked page indicated I was prohibited from viewing it. Freelancer customer service (Nicholl) quickly determined it was a valid email from Freelancer and not SPAM, and forwarded the info the the Enterprise team so they could address the issue. Great service and support.
The consultant was clear and was patient with what i needed
Had an issue posting funds to my project. Used the online chat feature, only had to wait a few seconds before Jam came on the line and worked through the issue. Retried my payment method and "Bingo" all is good. Top notch.
I have been working on this platform since 2011. Nothing to say, the customer care is always excellent, they try their best to solve any issue with the highest priority.
I say, thank you for the complaint service, with a fast and responsive response.
I've wondered that this site has very good service even I'm a new freelancer.
And I can get jobs easily that interested in me.
I'll work harder to become one of the top freelancer.
Thanks.
He was very polite in informing me. I recommended that he should report all aspects when selling a service to myself or someone else. For example, he never mentioned that the interview or the service could be in a language other than English, I had to ask him. I also had to ask him what would happen if I was rejected. There are things that One should not have the need to ask if Macall, or whoever it is that sells, reports everything that a consumer is interested in knowing. But in very general lines, I am comfortable with the treatment he gave me.
The experience using the site was not the best. It is really difficult to start freelancing with the incentives that have been built around payments.
My experience with the support team has been positive.
I have some issue during my project but I get best support services great people very helpful
Thanks to Judith J. I must say, Freelancer has the best Customer Response Team. Thumbs up!
I would tell that from my head, all the responds are quite friendly and incredibly helpful, the support team are very specific and they obviously spend some time to understand the issuer exactly.
I love the platform so much that I started spending most of my time with.
I made a payment using paytm and the money got debited from my account but has not credited to freelancer.
My experience with Radley was wonderful. Radley helped me in solving my issue and was very helpful all along. I would give him five stars for an amazing behavior and on communication skills.
Answer: It is a PR platform that enables scammers to appear legitimate or verified. Freelancer doesn't care. They get a sizeable commission no matter if the posting is legitimate or not. Example: A fake ebook listing. Needs author to write 50000 words for US$ 2000. Unwitting freelancer bids and is 'awarded project' with message saying hurry up and accept. Once accepted, freelancer takes 'project fee' while you get tied up in their help callcenter trying to recoup not only the fee but potentially the fake employer gleaned from you using their platform. This site will be in the news soon. Trust me.
Answer: Hi Dejan. This happened to me in 2014, I lost a lot of money too, I withdrew the money on a Wednesday after the client had paid me $1000 in full. Then the next day, Thursday, I got a message that my withdrawal request was cancelled and the money reversed back to employer. My account was suspended and when I asked why, I was told that the employer looked like he was fraudulent and that the money might be fraud. Up to date, I am still bitter, angry and sad over that $1000 but I never got it back and Freelancer closed the person's account and that was that. So I hope this answers some of your questions and I am deeply sorry for your loss after such hard work. All the best
Answer: Freelancer.com focused on employer only, they just want as many employer and project as they can regardless of their country, verification status and deposits. However all the restriction is for employee. This is the reason Freelancer didn't stop them to post project without deposit. Almost 90% projects are fake (either posted by freelancer itself or fake/fraud employers). You have to be careful. Keep following things in mind will prevent you from fraud much. 1. Don't work for Employers from India/Bangladesh/Sri Lanka/Nigeria/Israel 2. Don't work for Employers whose name looks like Indian 3. Once the project is awarded to you, don't accept it unless the employer created initial milestone. Wait for at least 12 hours after milestone creation then accept it. 4. Ask for release step by step, don't work on next milestone unless previous is not released 5. Withdraw money from freelancer as fast as you can.
Answer: You can't say its fake but at the same time you can't just trust it fully. My point here is: people do get things done for the price but when it comes to money/payment, you can not trust freelancer. Sometimes it gets reversed from your account and you won't even get a satisfactory reason for it. I suffered a loss of 900 USD. All I get to hear that employer had some account issues and we can not disclose this any further. If you looking to work as a freelancer, go odesk or upwork and any other site first and then freelancer.com. Small incident: I worked for a client, designed the logo got the parent for it. Next day when looged in, my account showed negative balance ( payment reversed). Support: employer have acc. Issues Client: never came back or responded to any mails. Result: I worked and still in debt.
Answer: Dispute it with PayPal! Another beautiful example of why everyone hates Freelancer.
Answer: Freelancer is scam. I have very bad experience recently. "The payments you've received from your employer "-----------" were reversed due to their account issues. As a result, their account was closed" Lost over 800$. Freelancer also keep the fee for this job! Their support never answer. SCAM
Answer: Agree, do not use credit card details - freelancer is a terrible organisation when it comes to finances - they just debit your card at will, no warning, no opportunity to review the transaction, no notification of the charge - you just find out once you get your bank statement. Be very, very wary of this company - not saying their dodgy, BUT they are very devious when it comes to transactions. I think their motto is - "debit any time, just don't tell them and they wont complain"
Answer: Contact Paypal and file a dispute. I got a refund for the monthly amount that they should not have charged me for.
Answer: Good afternoon Rostyslav, unfortunately this has happened to most users of Freelancer including people who have been awarded projects. Ensure that you do not start any work or event accept a project until the following criteria have been met: 1. Project awarded 2. Initial milestone/deposit created 3. Client agrees to release the first payment immediately after you accepting the project. If they are unable to do this, tell then politely that you are unwilling to start on the project and keep looking for honest, legitimate clients. Be careful at all time on this website, even if you do vey thing by the book and the client still doesn't pay, the Freelancer support team will not help you. It is left to you to contact the client and chase the payment even of they delete their account.
Answer: Don't share you card. Use Paypal. First of all don't use freelancer they are scammers.
