I have been working with freelancers for about 10 years I had few projects done.
There are few things that I would change in the way projects are managed by teh system but, the worst thing ever is the support.
I have opened a ticket on the 18th of february, and on the 19th of march the problem (cannot change the means of payment on my profile) has still not being resolved. In the mean time, the system closes the ticket authomatically, as they have not heard from me... what do you want to hear from me? I would loke to hear from you before closing the ticket.

Email appears to be the only accessible way of reaching customer support. Although time frame of customer service response is generally in a twenty-four hour period. There is no guarantee the consumers questions or concerns are understood clear the first, second or even the third time of email interaction. The battle of communication can be frustrating. However, eventually it seems that the consumer question or concerns are responded to. Extreme patience will need to be had when awaiting final outcome with Freelancer.com.
