Worst support ever! I have raised an issue more than 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a response. They made a charge which I still haven't received an explanation for. My ticket is being tossed from agent to agent and no one responds. Every time I open my ticket I see a different agent assigned but none of them has responded to my claim.
