Dormant Fees

I was unaware of the dormant fees; I logged into my account and was shocked when I discovered the money I had in my account was gone. I was able to get assistance from Pear V. Pearl was very understanding, compassionate, I was provided the policy on dormant accounts and she resolved my issue.

My contest holder was having a problem downloading my winning mp4 video during transfer. I have had this problem before but was not sure how the contest holder resolved the issue. He said that it took him to zoom when he tried to download it. There should be no reason for a video file to go to zoom. After long wait times, the agent was not helpful. Only to ask me to try an upload a different file format. This should not be an issue for popular mp4 files, and there should have been an easy solution.
