I was facing an issue with my card verification because the amount chare come to me by JD and the website charged with USA, and my Visa doesn't have my name on it and it's a wallet and not connected to a bank, but thanks to Dahlia M. Support Team, that message me to send her a prove for charge notification to approve that I have been charged with that amount.

I received a call from Chelsea V. for being verified.

Everything went fine.
She asked me some questions about who I was, what I do for a living and why I want to use this platform, including the skills I can offer.
I told her I want to use this platform for my pine script skills, which is a programmation language for investment/trading strategy.

Beware scammers

I got a sketchy message from a possibly client that asked me to enter to other page and create an user for them. I reported and blocked him.
Later I contacted support in order to ask for a bid "refund" and Madison H.helped me within minutes.
Thanks a lot for understanding the issue and the quickness of the response. I hope I can get in touch with clients soon via this page.

Just a suggestion: You might want to let your customers know that they should notify their credit card companies when they are trying to make a payment to a company (like yours) that operates outside of the United States. This would eliminate a ton of effort and confusion on everyone's part.
