Clear and Helpful Support from Jake

I was informed by support to cancel a project, and that it didn't follow the company's policy. Then, when I asked how it could be cancelled, they said "ASK THE CLIENT TO CANCEL IT.", the, n he left me a bad review, and the amount was deducted from me, and their comment is we can not remove a clien't review off the platform for integrity, where is the integrity in that!

I have been using freelancer for 2 months now, about the work, i have been getting good response on my account but it has been of no use as freelancer has restricted my account for allegations that they cannot prove and won't listen to me when i prove them otherwise. I thought this platform was about bringing people together so they can earn an honest living. Till this date i had earned around $600-$700 on my freelancer account and i have not been able to to withdraw any of those funds and right now i am sitting at around $250 after freelancer has charged so many bogus charges that i have lost so much of my hard earned money and even now they won't respond so that i can withdraw the money that is left. VERY DISSAPOINTING.

They were helpful. They said they'd get in touch with the closed user freelancer who missed a crucial detail in his completion of my project. I didnt notice it as first because its apperance in the technical drawing is subtle and the corresponding CAD file is also absent.
