Customer service was bad from the start. They provided contradictory information about shipping. Product arrived nearly 3 weeks after their stated processing time. No one could give me a proper status. AND the products themselves are not good either. Framing is rickety, there is no covering on the back - you see the frame points. And those were not put in correctly, I had to secure each one. The actual image printing is good. I will never buy from this company again.

I was looking for specific frames for two prints I purchased on vacation. I was really pleased that Frame USA popped up in my search. I like buying products made in the US but I was also wary as things bought online seldom meet expectations. Frame USA delivered a high-quality product in a timely manner and at a reasonable price!
