Happily using frames from Frame USA for my photography print sales for many years. Always been very happy with product and especially the price. Excellent quality, always as advertised. Even their closeout frames are top notch. No one beats their prices and as a bonus, they offer quick delivery and excellent service. Good company to have as a partnerr.

I went to their website and was able to find a frame that worked for my purposes.

Easy shopping, but would have liked the opportunity to customize more. I want the art to float on the matte board. When I tried to change the size of the matte, the frame size changed too. I'll figure it out.

When I discovered an order of 12 frames could qualify for a warehouse discount price, I applied for it. I received immediate help to be given a price. Eventually, I received an email when it was ready to ship, and then when it would be delivered.

Upon receipt the large frame is defective. The unfinished wood grain clearly shows a crack through the frame. Quality control must have been on a break. The second frame is lovely!

Accurate and speedy production and delivery of custom-sized frames.

As soon as I unboxed the package, the poster frame had been broken into pieces. Very disappointing. There's no visible damage outside of the box but the quality is noticeably not great to begin with.

The frames are what I needed for our posters and came as advertised. They look good, and the custom sizes I gave were all cut accurately. I sent an email asking a question and never got a response, but I was able to find the answer on the website.

As expected. Packed well, arrived in good order. Repaired small chunk out if side of frame. Slight sanding so clients don't get slivers.
