It was easy to order online and their were comparable to Walmart, however their delivery was better than what Walmart offered.

Ordered product with 2 day shipping on Dec 12 2023. It is Dec 22 and the product has still not arrived for Christmas. Emailed and called serveral times and they kept saying it is under investigation with UPS. I went to the UPS site and they are not investigating. I did all the legwork and the product is still not here. Asked them to send me out an overnight shipment so the perfume would be here for Xmas. They refused. They cannot even tell me how long this will be investigated to get a refund or another product. Tried to cancel after 11 days with no product and they will not. I had to make 3 phone calls and a couple of emails to even get them to refund the 2 day shipping even though they could claim that from UPS for non-fulfillment of the contract. They could have also put a return to sender on the product and sent me a another bottle. This company is no focused on customer service.
