After almost a month of ordering a perfume from this site, it finally arrived today. Recently a friend got me the same perfume from an authentic store in the UK. And I couldn't but help notice the visible differences in the two of them. There one I got from fragrance net was lighter in color, like it's been diluted, the initials on the caps are totally different. Lol, it's really awful!

I ordered 3 bottles of cologne. They sent them to the wrong address. No one answers their support line. Then they sent me only 2 bottles because they increased their prices since my order was placed.
The worst company I have ever ordered from. Don't order from them.

I can't believe the ratings here are so low for this company. I have ordered so many times and have had 100% exceptional service. I've even had them adjust a price and refund the difference when the price was further reduced. Try that with most companies.
Customer service is great, products are authentic, shipping is secure and fast.
Why would anyone complain?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered two men's cologne, paid for overnight shipping on Thursday. Friday I get a notice that there was an error from ups and that my order wouldn't arrive until Monday. My order comes today and it's two cheap bottles of women's perfume. I spent 196 dollars on the cologne I purchased and received $39 worth of women's perfume. No response from them either. Will be chargebacking my purchase and never using them again. The order number plainly shows what I ordered and they give me freaking women's perfume AFTER messing up my order to begin with. Never again!

I wish I would have researched reviews. I looked at the return policy and thought I would be fine if I ordered and wasn't happy. Jokes on me. I meant to order a 1" curling iron and accidentally ordered 1.25". I tried to call and was on hold over 20mins. Sent an email explaining the situation that I meant to order a 1". The email response told me I should be more careful in the future. Obviously I should but honestly an unopened, unused hair tool can't be returned or exchanged. That's considered hair care which most people consider shampoo, etc. I'll never shop with them again. So disappointed. Should have used Amazon, spent a fraction of the money and a return would have been no problem.

I spent $50 thinking I was getting a good deal on Burberry Brit. Doesn't last more than ten mins and no authentication whatsoever on bottle. Getting my money back. Don't shop there unless you want knockoffs. Adding photo of no name on bottle proving that it is the real. Where's the name? Fraudulent website and don't recommend.

I purchased Armani code from this place and the product is a fake. Not sent at all feels like it's just plain water Contact them and all they did was give me the runaround.

I'm not sure why there are many negative reviews here. I have used Fragrancenet for over 10 YEARS and I have never *once* received a fake/dupe product or had an order arrive slowly. I have literally always gotten my orders on time or early. On top of that, I have never had to even contact their customer service about one of my orders because there has never been a single issue.
I trust them and you can too.

Half the price for double the amount of "Man" cologne by Versace. I could not resist. I was excited when it was delivered within a week. The first time I used it the scent was the same as in the store BUT it only lasted for a few minutes. NOT NEARLY as strong as the product that was bought in the store. This is a cologne that is strong with minimal amount of application and can last a day or more until your next shower but not the item I received from this company. Packaging and bottle appeared legit. I tried applying double and three times (3X) or more the amount and it still only lasts for a few minutes. SAVE your money and only buy the store product. The store product is double the cost but will last so much longer and you will use so much less. The store product ACTUALLY works as intended!

Amazing how this people are. Please always read the reviews from others. This company is terrible. They are sending my order from a carrier that I never heard before (Ontrac) and they said that they tried to delivered to me but it was not true because I was home the whole time. Also, I wrote to the carrier giving them instruction how to deliver my order and get in contact with me and I never heard from them.
Tried to contact their customer service to get some answers, I waited 45 minutes on the phone and I finally spoke with someone. She was supposed to send me an email confirmation of my refund an nothing yet. This whole experience it was terrible and I am still waiting to get my money back. Hopefully I will. I will keep you guys updated in this. Never again.

There is obviously no customer service. When you call them it says that their office hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Eastern standard time but they tell you to call back after those hours when it is during those hours you get the recording. That shows their level of stupidity. Also they tell you you will get a prompt email if you have a problem with your order but there is no prompt reply. I'm going to fix their wagon and have nothing else to do with them. If you cannot offer decent customer service then your business needs to be shut down. Do not waste your time because it is nothing but a disappointment. There are plenty of other reputable sites that will help you but don't trust this one. Run from fragrance.net!

Over 10 days ago, I ordered a Bio Lonic pro 10X straightening iron, I couldn't believe that it was almost $100 cheaper than other companies including the actual manufacture. The order still shows as in the warehouse and the company has not responded to email requests, I have been on hold for more than 50 minutes. While on hold, I found this website that confirms my suspicions, the customer service is non existent and the products are fugazi. I submitted a cancelation request but ultimately I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

They do not comply with the promised delivery time. Theres is no place to ask and get an answer about your purchase.

I first thought this was a scam as it took them forever to ship my order and their customer service was very slow to respond then I found all the bad reviews. I ordered early June, just recieved on June 28th but product was as promised and genuine as far as I can tell.
They also sent samples and other marketing/advertising for other online subscription services. I would of given them 5 stars if their customer service was a little better. So it takes forever to ship and get to your door but it eventually does.

I was a customer for years. Probably about 5 years, at this point. I never had big issues, and the ones I did have were easily resolved. The fragrances were authentic. However, recently I was charged twice for an order that was never processed, and it took days and being extremely pushy to get my $124 returned. They have great prices, but I'm loathe to ever buy from them again.

I did lots of research ahead of time before ordering a bottle of Montale Amber Musk on here. Lots of people on social media praise fragrancenet and how it's legit and at a discounted price. So i purchased. I just received my bottle today and it is without a doubt a fake. For starters, the cellophane wrap looked like it had been carefully opened at the bottom and resealed. The clear sticker had been removed and stuck back on and there was NO batch code on the outside. Aside from that everything else on the outside appeared to be real. Once i opened the box, my bottle had no batch code and when i sprayed, it smelt like watered down alcohol and bug spray. I've worn Amber Musk before so i know how it smells, wears and how strong it is upon first spray. This is not the original juice. Frangrancenet does a great job at eluding their customers bc at first glance the packaging/bottle looks authentic. Anyways, let's this be your warning to never buy here unless you want to waste your time & money.
