Seems authentic so far, but shipping and customer service is ridiculous. The first time I ordered, I never received purchase after waiting for a very long time. They refunded me with no issues which is why I was willing to give them another shot. I've ordered a cologne my husband wanted for his birthday & paid the additional$19.99 for overnight delivery (Ordered before 12pm & on a Monday, so no "next business day" delays. This was over 3 days ago & still have not received it or even any notification that item is out for delivery; Only an email stating that the order was processed. Email support is very slow. Tried calling & I have been on hold for 30+ minutes now. Looks like I will not be receiving this item on time, after paying the extra costs to ensure I wouldn't run into this issue. I'll order from somewhere more reliable next time
When I received my package I set about checking for its authenticity. It was missing at least two distinguishing marks. I contacted Fragrance.net that assured me it was genuine. I didn't believe them. I reached out to Burberry who said that fragrance.net was not an authorized seller and that the product could be fake.
The ingredients list also doesn't match. The country of manufacture doesn't match.
Their return policy says that they only take back unopened product so I may be very well stuck with this junk.

EDIT: In the end I did receive my package 3 weeks after its original delivery date and under a completely different tracking number. What surprises me is that the reps knew the tracking number had been changed but could not be bothered to let me know.
My order was correct and intact but Im disappointed that I was never notified of the changes made to tracking number.
I made several attempts to contact their customer service to find out what happened to my order (a bottle of CK one) which was never sent. They just kept saying it was en route. So I contacted the courier to confirm if they had indeed picked up my order. As the tracking number showed a ticket was made and that was it. He confirmed they never received a physical package. Only that a tracking slip was made. So the order was still at the warehouse.
I emailed their customer service about the situation explaining what the courier had said. In response I got the standard (for the umpteenth time) order has been shipped and is on its way. Apparently they dont read their clients emails.
Needless to say, I would not receive my refund.
So buyer beware. If I could give this joke of a company negative stars I would..

I recently placed an order with FragranceNet.com, I have ordered previously without any problems. However, my recent order September 2023, was a joke. I received three different dates for my package to be delivered. The message indicating the package was delayed! I attempted to contact the customer service department but they had me on hold for hours. I will never order from FragranceNet again. And, I wouldn't recommend them to my family, friends or you! Please be careful with this company.
I was a customer for 7 years. Some orders, there were little issues, delays or cancellations, nothing major. The the last order they sent me a used lipstick, half full. Gross. I contacted them by email as you can't get anyone on the phone. They asked for picture that I provided. They said that it needed further investigation and needs to be returned. This is how you lose customers. I don't have time to drive to the post office which is twenty minutes drive away, after Fragrancenet sent me a USED lipstick.
I placed an order, waiting over 2 weeks,
No shipping… tracking # email from them….
Emailing them to find out what is going on with my order! No response! Emails are bouncing back to me…. Invalid customer service email address…. Trying to call! Minimum 7 times….No way to speak with human…. Nobody is available… the robot voice anounces

I probably ordered 3 times from this place. The first time was fine. The second time, my card was placed on hold and I contacted them 3 times with no reply. The only reply I got was when I cancelled my order. So, the 11 items I was going to buy went to Jomashop and Amazon. Probably a good thing because I didn't like Black orchid parfum from Tom Ford...So I was able to purchase and receive a sample from scent split faster than they could even process anything. If it wasn't for the site having a good selection and good prices I would never even bother with $#*! $#*! company.
I believe this company is definitely legit… I ordered a few different perfumes and they were all real. The only complaint that I have is that the Versace Crystal noir that I bought was about 4 yrs old. Now some people might have been happy because it was before it was reformulated, & I'm sure that's a part of how they can sell fragrances at such a discounted price. I just wish they'd share the batch codes so you can decide for yourself. I'd order again, but with a little more hesitation on certain fragrances. None of them smelled off or anything, so I'm over all happy :)
I ordered something from them and they never emailed me back. I contacted them to let them know I never got my order and they haven't responded. Now $30 went into the thin air.
The order has being "processed" for 2 weeks. Had to cancelled it, and now waiting for a refund... Apparently that is their business model: to get your money and use them as long as possible.
I liked shopping here at first. I finally splurged and bought some full size perfumes as well as travel size from the brands themselves. These are definitely not the same as the decants from fragrance net. I don't believe fragrance net uses the real perfumes. If they do, they are definitely mixed with something. Really sad and won't be shopping here again.
Don't make the mistake and cancel the order.

I ordered cologne from 23 August and till date nothing. The worst part is that when you call no response. Folks please stay away from them
They only shipped 2 of 3 bottles of Bosley Hair Shampoo that I ordered. I'm on hold now (15 minutes and counting) to talk with someone to make this right. With all companies do to push people off onto their websites you'd think they have more time to answer the damn phone!
These fumes. We're a total waste of money not once did I not learn my lesson but a few times. No true FINE scent would ever be on a SALE to be quiet Frank! Fragrance is worth every Penny! This place isn't worth a dime. As your quarter worth of a non scented fume won't last second in time! Do not believe this crock of hot lies! BELIEVE ME! Buy your fragrance at an Real Fragrance Store.
I have tried giving thos company the benefit of doubt and every time is the same out come, I place an order on 8/20/2023, I understand it was a Sunday but that means my order should have been processed Monday, I paid for 2-3 day delivery my order was not processed until 8/23/2023 at 10am and this is after calling this "GREAT"customer service that people are lying about and emailing them because customer service could not help me the only thing they can tell me was that my order was being processed, so they emailed me back and said my order shipped this was on 8/23/2023 5pm and they send me a tracking info that I went to and it said I could not see my tracking for 24 to 48 hours so I try again on 8/24/2023 in the morning and it said the sender has not sent the package over too the shipping company they just created a label, so I wait until 4pm and I check again and it said the same thing I received an alert from the shipping company that said they received the package at 8:05pm on 8/24/2023 and that I should receive my package on 8/27/2023 and as we all know they don't work on Sundays so it would likely be 0n 8/28/2023 over 1 week from the day I ordered my stuff and 5 days later than what I paid for and all they can say is the package was shipped. Again I tried this company multiple time and alway the same result don't fall for their lies the money you think your saving buying from this company you can get it from another company that stand behind their products and service. Those good reviews are from people they paid to do the review.they are liars... take you business elsewhere... If you don't believe look at the evidence. I have no need to lie. I call it like it is...
I ordered a bottle of perfume, it arrived 10 days later which is longer then usual. Upon receiving it, I could hear broken glass inside the box. I did not open the box due to small pieces of glass rattling around. I tried calling the company, I sat on hold for over 3 hours, until I finally hung up. I contacted Amazon since I used Amazon Pay to pay for the product, the were able to find someone to help me. They sent me shipping labels, two weeks after getting back their broken product they issued a refund, less then half of what I paid, they made me pay for shipping. I am trying to dispute this but my bank is not confident I will be refunded the shipping charges. I will not order from then again and anyone I know who orders cologine/perfume, I would discourage them as well to not order.
Ordered a $80 BVLGARI men's cologne and received a $17 Nautica cologne that was rancid. I emailed several times and kept getting the same response saying that I needed to return the Nautica cologne in order to receive the product I already PAID for. Horrible service and this is the second time they send me the wrong fragrance. Horrible service do not recommend!
I ordered 4 jars of visible difference.
I have used it all my life. All 4 arrived in a timely fashion but they are missing the inside seal that is always on every jar!

Answer: Because they have terrible customer service. They don't even know how to spell customer service. Save yourself the headache. Don't buy anything from them period. Go to a reputable Department store and that way you know that you will receive the real fragrance and not some fake toilette water.
Answer: I have tried it and they had real products tbh. But if you want to checkout my fav site is fragranceon.com they have everything real and great prices. I found this website to be a better version of them.
