After having purchased two perfumes (two separated transactions), I land on this site which scare me like sh... so negatives are the reviews. I almost try to cancel my transactions, being sure products were going to arrive too late or were going to be scrap... the decide to wait and see.

I ordered my product on Sunday 10th and Monday 11th. Both arrived at my door today, on December 15th.
I opened the boxes to find two product that were perfectly well protected and wrapped inside, that are in perfect condition, and look totally genuine to me (See pictures).

So, my experience was just 5/5, delivery and product appearance.
I can't say yet about product itself.

I ordered something weeks ago to avoid the Christmas rush and it was delayed a good week after it left fragrancenet.com's warehouse. Turns out a company ontrac does the shipping. When it finally arrived 2 weeks later we have on video the driver putting it at our office door, going back in his car (an unmarked minivan), then coming back out and taking it back, but the driver marked it as delivered. Ontrac started an investigation but I obviously don't have my product. I waited on hold for 25 min with fragrancenet.com for them to send me a replacement product. While on hold I emailed them asking the same question and they cancelled my order. So now I was was stuck finding the product elsewhere. Would not recommend or buy again regardless of price.

I purchased a bottle of Bacarat 540.When it arrived my wife opened it and the lid was in two pieces the cap fell off and the plastic insert stayed on the bottle.That put up red flags we started looking at her real one they have a lot of different features. You will see in the pictures.Also it smells nothing like Bacarat 540.I Called them all the kept saying is their stuff is real.Even gave me the managers email never got a response from that person.I bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them.Im wondering now how much is real.thr Bacarat 540 cost me 475.00 I sent it back 5 days ago never heard back from anyone. Don't buy from them you don't know what your going to get.their fake ones are all on the right side or top I can't tell how the are going to show.You can google fake Bacarat 540 and see they are fake.

I've been using this company for years and have never had a problem. I'm looking at some of these negative reviews and noticed that some people are not too familiar with the Parfum industry. On top of their regular perfumes and colognes this site also offers what are known as "sample bottles" of the product for a fraction of the cost and almost impossible to find anywhere else. They are not knockoffs of the actual product but many manufacturers do slightly dilute the product and may slightly change packaging for cost efficiency since it's supposed to be used for sampling purposes. I've been buying the retail bottles off this site and not once have I received a knockoff. Super happy with them

PROS: It was my first time ordering from them and had a wonderful service! The shipment was to Puerto Rico and arrived SUPER fast.

I bought 2 perfumes on December 5th and it was sent out on December 8th with free USPS Priority shipping since I purchased above $60. I didn't realize the standard free shipping was USPS Priority, but I'm glad.

After that, the package arrived 3 days later. I'm very surprised that the order processed and arrived so quickly during Holiday season.

CONS: The website itself is awful. It's the slowest website I've ever experienced. Even the checkout process was painful. It wouldn't let me input my address!

I was forced to use the PayPal express checkout option so it could fill out the address and payment for me.

I've been purchasing from many online websites and haven't had this issue. This website needs to be updated and fixed badly. The website is very much outdated. I almost gave up on checkout if it wasn't for the PayPal option.

I'm not sure if the traffic and Holiday season has to do with the website getting really slow.

I purchased a 100mL bottle of Elizabeth Arden Untold Eau de perfume. I have been wearing this product since it was launched so I know exactly what it should smell like, having been through dozens of bottles while it was in production. This bottle is overpowered with alcohol smell and is missing some notes of scent that the original has. It looked like it was in original packaging and the production number matched Elizabeth Arden but the contents of the bottle are definitely not what I ordered. I will update after their Customer support gets back to me and let everyone know the resolution.

I bought a perfume weeks ago. The carrier left the package at the incorrect address. I am waiting for a response or my money back. They don't look too worried about the incompetence of their mistake. When I call the company is really hard to be attended.

Very disappointed! Tracking # does not work

I ordered perfume for my wife on this site and paid with a credit card. They sent me an email saying for "security reasons" the order was on hold until until I provided them with personal baking information, including the phone number of my VISA customer service number. They wanted me to send this in an unsecured email. WTF?! What kind of phishing scam is this, and how stupid do they think I am? I have given them three days to refund my purchase or I'll have my credit card provider reverse the payment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered four perfumes from fragnance. Com and received only two out of four. The versace and burberry perfume are missing. Also received a damaged package. Tried to contact the customer care number of fragnance. Com and everytime they read a standard message error or the music keeps on ringing without allowing me to connect to any representative. This is so annoying and seems to be like a fraud company who has taken the full payment and has send me only half the products i purchased. I am pissed of and hopeless to receive any kind of reply or refund. Dont trust this website. It's a fraud

Never got my order and they lied that there was a signature upon delivery. Carrier advised there was no signature. They are the worst company ever. Buy from a retailer that cares about customers.

Please do not buy from this fraudulent company. Their items are counterfeit garbage. The product is so bad, they don't even try to hide it. I can support this with photos if you want.

I thought i bought Jean paul gaultier. It's a fake. The smell is cheap and nasty
I have another bottle hear that I compared it to and it's nothing like it.

I spent $280!

I ordered Le Labo Santal 33 but got sent Jean Paul Gaultier "le male".
Funny that the shipping label is correct, Wow! $250 for a $62 product and a label!
They want me to return the product that I did not receive to get a refund!

Total scam!

I ordered Narciso Rodriguez Fleur Musc. The fragrance never arrived and the company has a phone number, which does not take calls. This company is 100% a scam operation. Do not trust the positive reviews, they are probably written by employees of this scam company. Buyer beware…had I read the reviews here first, I would never have ordered from this company. Lesson learned

On October 16th I placed an order for Coach cologne and lotion. I received an order confirmation within minutes. The purchase was for a birthday gift. I waited and waited and waited and finally after a week or so I received an email asking if I am happy with my order—-I never received my order! I emailed and asked for an update and the response I got a few days later was that the order was cancelled and they can not tell me why! Don't bother. Their rating is a 1.97 and I know why. They are awful! Go to the mall or Amazon.

I just received my order of Dior "blooming bouquet" and Ariana Grande "thank you" and I can tell that both of theses perfumes from this site are fake. I purchased both of these in the past from Macy's and the bottles were a little heavier and the scent would last on me for at least 2 hours. The scent fades within 30 minuets, so I wouldn't suggest buying perfume from this website. A waste of my $$

I ordered a product that I wanted to give my wife as a birthday present. They said it would arrive in 2-4 days. It did not arrive when they said and I was not able to give my wife the present I planned to give her. Furthermore it was being sent to my vacation home and we will not be back there for at least 2 weeks. I emailed the company and they said my shipping choice was 2-5 days and not guaranteed and then they sent another email that said 2-3 days but still not guaranteed. If it's not guaranteed they should state that CLEARLY. Please see the attached photo which shows 2-4 business days. There is no NOT GUARANTEED after the 2-4 days. They are dishonest.

For two days, I have tried to call this company regarding an order that I placed on 9/24 and today is 10/6. Today, I was on hold 15 minutes with nobody answering the call. My order shows no details about shipping or tracking. Well, I sent an email as described on the hold.
I just called again to hear an announcement that the phones were closed due to management training.
In the past, their service was prompt. However, the experience with this purchase is very poor. I cannot find how to cancel the order?
