My #1 favorite site to order fragrances. I have ordered from Fragbuy several times now and have had no issues with the service. I even needed a refund because I ordered too soon by accident and they reversed the order for me so I could put the rest of the items in the cart.

It's been 1 day after the scheduled date and time that it was supposed to arrive. It was supposed to arrive yesterday at 10am-2:00 pm however, it's now the day after at 12:32 pm and it's still not here. When I look at tracking for the package the arrival date now says, "Pending", also, The package is still in the same location that it was yesterday morning so it didn't even move. As of right now i'm very dissatisfied with this current situation.

I can't complain about the free shipping with 5 bottles or more. The orders I've received arrive nicely packaged with a sample that seems to be based on my order selection, while I get notifications on order status and have had no issues.
