Burberry week end is my favorite I am using it for many years now nothing to say about it fresh sensual smells soo good
But I like to try new scents too. This time it was Femme from Hugo Boss I loved it
That's my new favorite beside Red from Hugo Boss also

Have been a customer with fragrancex since 2014. Fragrancex has to be doing something right for me to be still shopping in 2023.
I'm very satisfied, the truth is that the shipment was very fast
I love FragranceBuy and have been a customer for many years but I'm never shopping a sale with a free shipping offer. Two days of nonsense and never received my order. Fortunately, FragranceBuy say they will refund my purchase whenever their crap shipper gets my order back to them.
Update (two weeks later): They may not reply to emails but FragranceBuy is lightning fast if you leave a bad review. They have asked me twice to make changes to what I wrote so here is word for word what I told them:
"My review describes the situation as it happened, including the refund (after a week).
"I still was sat up all day until 9pm waiting on a delivery which never arrived with no notice. It took addressing you directly for your customer service to take interest despite having been CC'd on the entire ludicrous correspondence with your delivery service.
"Other potential customers have every right to know what I think. If I do update the review, it will be with a copy of this email.
"If you care to take a moment, you can see how long I have been a customer and how much I have spent with you through the years. I've been an enthusiastic supporter for FragranceBuy on social media for that entire time; I've even sent Gary K (who signed this mail but didn't send it) friendly corrections on perfume "twists" (back in the day when he'd send a friendly reply).
"It is a bit rich to be pestered twice now for a change to an entirely accurate review. If I save one person from sitting home all day waiting for a shipment that won't arrive, I will have done a tiny good deed for the day. As for resolving the issue, you refunded my purchase (two days after you told me you had the order in your possession) and offered me the free shipping I'd paid for in the first place. That's after having missed the sale. You haven't resolved anything but you have somehow found a way to keep wasting my time.
"Please stop."
Narrator voice: They didn't stop. So I have posted the above as I said I would. What I will add is I have unsubscribed from FragranceBuy emails and if Gary K can't be bothered to reply himself after many years, I don't see why I would spend any more money with them. Take your business elsewhere.
PS - Since FragranceBuy keeps emailing me despite my asking them twice to stop, I'll add their (second) latest note made a big deal about them being in business since 2016. Perhaps this is when Gary K (still signing messages here) was "moved to a different division". So it's eight years instead of fifteen. Anyone here fly Porter in the early years? Anyone fly Porter lately? That's what FragranceBuy used to be like.

The prices have gotten pretty high as of late and any "VIP" sale that happens is shared to the general population via social media anyways, so there is no real benefit from being an eau addict.
It would be nice if we had access to sales before the rest and you'd have to be logged into your eau addict accounts to gain access to the sale.
Aside from the usual unbeatable pricing, superb selection and prompt delivery, 2 notables during my recent orders that I would like to highlight are: quick response and resolution of a leaking bottle issue and when I forgot to put in the free shipping code where a refund was issued immediately, after I reached to them, to reverse the shipping fee.

I've been shopping with FragranceBuy for several years and have never had any issues. If I did have any concerns, customer service response has always been prompt and courteous. The last shipment arrived in reasonable time and well packaged. All items arrived safely. Thank you for offering affordable fragrances to perfume addicts like me! (over 250 fragrances in my collection)
Fragrance buy team has always been polite to me when I try to reach out for any sort of help I need to resolve any issues like shipping delays and so forth.

I was happy to find the perfume I like at FragranceBuy that was discontinued in the retail store and have received my order within three or four days. It was packaged with care, very professional service. I like this company and the fact that it is Canadian, no cross border shipping, no duties. Prices are also slightly lower than in retail stores. I will certainly use them again.

Original review *I emailed customer support a few hours after placing my order to cancel it and also called the following day to leave a voice message before it shipped and nobody responded fast enough to cancel before it shipped. There's also no option to cancel the order.
